We want you to be happy with PageTrail. If it isn't right for you, here is how refunds and cancellations work.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for any paid plan. No questions asked.

Cancellations

• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (Manage subscription).
• After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept.
• Renewal payments after the first 14 days are not refunded, except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email support@pagetrail.io from your account email, or reply to your payment receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no payment details.
