By using PageTrail you agree to these terms.

The service

PageTrail periodically fetches publicly accessible web pages you specify, detects changes and produces automated summaries of those changes (using a language model). Summaries are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate; verify important information at the source.

Acceptable use

• Only track publicly accessible pages. Do not use PageTrail to access content behind logins or paywalls.
• Do not use the service to overload, attack or scrape sites in violation of applicable law.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits or rate limits.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance; applicable taxes may be added and an invoice is provided for every payment. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are available within 14 days of your first payment on request.

Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranties. Checks may be delayed or fail when target sites block automated access.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email.
